The Cross at the Crossroads in Effingham is seen by many, and we’ll share the story behind the big symbol. We’ll take you inside the Mueller Family museum in Decatur; started by German immigrant Hieronymus Mueller in the late 1800s, the Mueller Company became famous for fire hydrants, butterfly valves and much more. Our final story takes us to Carlyle Lake, the largest manmade lake in the state.
