Group Tours

If you’re bringing a group to the museum, we invite to you take advantage of our group tour rates. Book your group visit in advance. A guided tour of the exhibit is included with the group tour rate, if you would like one. Bookings are subject to staff availability and must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance.

Group Rate during Business Hours: Tuesdays – Saturdays, 9am – 5pm
$40 minimum (covers up to 15 people), additional $2.50/person after 15 people

Group Rate for Sundays and Mondays
$75 minimum (covers up to 15 people), additional $3.75/person after 15 people

Groups larger than 20 may be asked to divide into smaller sections for guided tours. Ask staff about coordination options for larger groups.

Directions & Parking

The Mueller Museum is located at 420 West Eldorado Street (between N. Edward Street and N. Monroe Street) in Decatur, Illinois. Eldorado Street is also U.S. Route 36.

To get to the museum from downtown Decatur, go north on Route 51 and turn left onto Eldorado Street/Route 36. The museum will be on your right.

The museum sits in front of the Mueller Co. plant and shares the parking entrance and visitor parking lot with Mueller Co. Plenty of free parking is available.
